About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.04.2009 of N 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.05.2009 for N 410/16426, such changes:

1.1. In the Section II:

in the paragraph the second Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the word "the current calendar year" to exclude;

in paragraph seven of Item 3.8 of Chapter 3 of the word "on storage" to exclude.

1.2. In Item 1.4 of Chapter 1 of the Section IV of the word "the current calendar year" to exclude.

1.3. In the Section VI:

state Item 1.3 in such edition:

"1.3. In case of failure to carry out of conditions by bank which are provided by agreements on refinance credits, transactions of direct repo, including default on interest payment (percentage payment) on them, National Bank the next working day:

provides reference of this debt into accounts on accounting of overdue debt and overdue imputed incomes;
