About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2009 No. 123

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for retail sale of medicines by the health worker of the state organization of health care or its structural division located in rural settlements in which there are no drugstores approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2009 No. 123 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 289, 8/21621), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Retail sale of medicines by the health worker is enabled based on the agreement signed between the state organization of health care and the trade and production republican unitary enterprises "Pharmation", "Minskaya Pharmation".
The agreement specified in part one of this Item shall provide including that:
the state organization of health care assigns obligations on retail sale of medicines to the health worker;
the state organization of health care provides the conditions for storage and retail sale of medicines ensuring safety of the money received from retail sale of medicines;
providing the health worker with medicines for their retail sale is performed by the drugstore of the first or second category determined by the trade and production republican unitary enterprises "Pharmation", "Minskaya Pharmation" (further - drugstore);
the drugstore provides the health worker with the regulatory legal acts regulating procedure for retail sale, storage of medicines, the organizations of cash circulation;
the drugstore provides the health worker on consignment, commodity-transport notes with the medicines including included in:
