1. Establish refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 12 annual interest rates.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 3, 2010 No. 380 "About refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 214, 8/22752).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 16, 2011.
