Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 483
1. In Items 1 and 16 of the Regulations on procedure for corporatisation of the companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 1993 No. 508 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, N 11, Art. 250; 1994, No. 7, Art. 169; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 17, of page 38) shall be replaced with words words of "authorized fund" "authorized capital".
2. In Item 1 of the Regulations on the supervisory board approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19 in 1993 N 556, of the word of "authorized fund" shall be replaced with words "authorized capital".
3. In the text of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of the right of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 21 in 1998 N 1482 "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 38, Art. 1405; 2002, N 11, Art. 523; 2007, N 73, the Art. 2716), words of "authorized fund" shall be replaced with words "authorized capital".
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.03.2017 No. 143
