About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2007 No. 421 and of February 14, 2009 No. 192

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2007 No. 421 "About approval of the personnel register of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and about procedure for appointment (approval, release) and approvals of appointment (release) to the positions included in the personnel register of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 83, 5/24985) the following changes and amendment:
1.1. to exclude from Item 17 of the list of positions of leading employees of the republican state bodies and other organizations included in the words "and their deputies" in the personnel register of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution;
1.2. according to the procedure of appointment (approval, release) and approvals of appointment (release) to some positions included in the personnel register of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:

add procedure with Item 42 following of content:
