About economic degrees of jurisdiction

Economic degrees of jurisdiction are component of judicial system of the Republic of Moldova and perform justice in case of the dispute resolution, the physical persons and legal entities connected with the economic relations.
Economic degrees of jurisdiction perform the activities according to the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Law on judicial system, the Civil code, the Code of civil procedure, this law and other regulations.
(1) Economic degrees of jurisdiction are created by Parliament on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and the Law on judicial system.
(2) Chairmen, deputy chairmen and the judge are appointed the President of the Republic of Moldova on representation of the Supreme council of magistracy.
