2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to repeal the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 212 of September 3, 2009. "About change of regulation of required reserves" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2009, No. 138-139, of the Art. 649).
3. This resolution becomes effective on February 8, 2011.
