About approval of Rules of import and export of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment

1. Approve:

1) Rules of import of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of export of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee on control of medical and pharmaceutical activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

To provide 1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to inform customs authorities specimen signatures of authorized persons and prints of the seals certifying the import permit and export of medicines, products of medical appointment, medical equipment;

To represent 3) to customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan the State register of the medicines, products of medical appointment, medical equipment registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan in process of replenishment.

3. To department of administrative and legal work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bismildin F. B.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order in mass media after its state registration.
