About approval of the Procedure for covering in 2010 the State Treasury of Ukraine of temporary cash gaps of local budgets

According to Item 1 of article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2010", the Regulations on the State Treasury of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.12.2005 of N 1232, and for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of first-priority expenses of local budgets I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for covering in 2010 by the State Treasury of Ukraine of temporary cash gaps of local budgets which is applied.

2. To submit to management of financial resources of the State Treasury of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and is effective during 2010.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on chiefs of Head departments of the State Treasury of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
