1. Approve enclosed:
1) No. 164 Is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 25.01.2012
2) the qualification requirements imposed when licensing activities for the organization of construction of residential buildings due to fund raising of shareholders.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2007 No. 606 "About approval of Rules of licensing and qualification requirements to activities for the organization of construction of residential buildings due to fund raising of shareholders" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 25, the Art. 287);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2009 No. 517 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2007 No. 606" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 19, the Art. 171).
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
