4. Recognize invalid:
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 25, 2012 No. 164 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2010 No. 607 "About approval of Rules of licensing and qualification requirements to activities for the organization of construction of residential buildings due to fund raising of shareholders"" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 29, the Art. 395).
5. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
