1. Establish rates for long-distance motor transportations of passengers, baggage and (or) hand luggage in the regular message according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2008 No. 211 "About rates for transportations of passengers and conveyance by buses of regular routes of the long-distance message" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 279, 8/19781).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. The extreme maximum level of rate for long-distance motor transportations of passengers in the regular message for one kilometer of journey:
1.1. on regular routes:
in buses of general type - in the amount of 102 rubles;
in buses with soft folding seats - in the amount of 106 rubles;
1.2. on high-speed routes:
in buses of general type - in the amount of 134 rubles;
