For the purpose of further wages increase of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
the tariff charge of the first category in the amount of 81 000 rubles for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations;
adjusting factors to the tariff charges (salaries) of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of the state-financed organizations rated by 1-27 categories in 2,419-0,978 sizes calculated on the Single scale of charges of workers of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in accordance with the established procedure to enter adjusting factors to the tariff charges (salaries) of the workers specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
