About establishment of the size of the tariff charge of the first category for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations
For the purpose of further wages increase of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
the tariff charge of the first category in the amount of 90 000 rubles for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations.
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in accordance with the established procedure to enter adjusting factors to the tariff charges (salaries) of the workers specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To provide to republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, heads of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations recalculation of the salary of workers according to the tariff charge of the first category established by this resolution and coefficients of the Single scale of charges of workers of the Republic of Belarus taking into account adjusting factors.
