1. Establish the following level of interest rates for use of the credit and (or) loan in case of which exceeding subjects of currency transactions - to residents (except banks) need receipt of permission of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus to carrying out the currency transactions connected with capital movement:
14 annual interest rates - when carrying out transactions in US dollars, euro;
the size of the refunding rate of the relevant Central (national) Bank operating for date of implementation by the subject of currency transaction by the resident of calculation (calculations) for this currency transaction increased by 5 percent points - when carrying out transactions in other foreign currencies, Belarusian rubles.
2. Establish the level of interest rates for use of the credit and (or) loan in case of delay of repayment of the loan and (or) loan (in the amount of increase in the size of percent in connection with delay of repayment of the loan and (or) loan) and the penalty size (penalty, penalty fee) which exceeding in total requires receipt of currency transactions by subjects - residents (except banks) permission of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus to carrying out the currency transactions connected with capital movement, percent 0,01 for each day of delay (3,65 annual).
