1. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on Fonda of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- the scheme of management of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Determine that the Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- take the measures following from this resolution;
- make offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with this resolution.
4. Declare invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 15, 2003 No. 215 "About enhancement of management of system of compulsory medical insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic";
