About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production (works, services)" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production (works, services)" of quarter frequency and to enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2010.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production (works, services)" and to enact them starting with the report for January-March, 2010.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, their separate divisions having separate balance, according to Items 1 and 2 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production (works, services)" approved by this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2009 No. 11 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (costs) "The cost statement on production (works, services)" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 80, 7/930);

subitem 1.17 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2009 No. 41 "About modification of some forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 132, 7/963);

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2009 No. 75 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2009 No. 11" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 183, 7/1011).

5. This resolution becomes effective since March 12, 2010.
