According to requirements of Articles 18, "About telecommunications" and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.07.2009 of N 833-p "Questions of access to the cable sewerage of telecommunication" the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine SOLVED 57 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for access to the cable sewerage of telecommunication which is applied.
2. To submit to department of telecommunications together with Legal management this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1.1. This Procedure:
