In pursuance of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities" I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of objects for which approval of construction projects the complex conclusion of state examination is not obligatory (further - the List) which is applied.

2. Determine that according to the construction projects of objects provided in the List:

accomplishment according to the legislation of the state environmental assessment, state examination concerning sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population, labor protection, energy saving and energy efficiency, fire, technogenic, nuclear and radiation safety is obligatory;

in case of financing of construction (capital repairs) at the expense of capital expenditures of the government budget estimate part of the project documentation is subject to obligatory state examination.

3. Disagreements concerning application of the List by participants of construction are considered in ten-day time by Minregionstroy.

4. To management of pricing, examination and control of cost in construction (P. I. Guben):

submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

provide finishing this order to the interested organizations.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy Minister Berkuta of A.V.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
