About approval of insurance rates and the sizes of insurance sums (responsibility limits) of obligatory civil liability insurance

1. Approve enclosed:

- minimum size of insurance sum and rates of insurance premium of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier of dangerous goods;

- rates of insurance premium and limits of responsibility of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier to passengers;

- the sizes of insurance sum (responsibility limits) and insurance rates of obligatory civil liability insurance of the organizations operating hazardous production facilities;

- limits of the insurance rates differentiated by types of economic activity depending on class of professional risk and categories of personnel on obligatory civil liability insurance of the employer for damnification of life and to health of the worker in case of execution of labor (office) obligations by it.
