2. Delegate powers on selection of government employees for representation to structure of the board of directors of the joint-stock company created within public-private partnership, the Commission on forming of reserve of personnel created according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 20.07.2012 No. 513
