1. Approve the Main requirements to the agreement on provision of telecommunication services which are attached.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal management provision of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To management of organizational and analytical ensuring activities to promulgate the decision on the NKRS website.
4. This decision becomes effective from the moment of its official publication.
