Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on execution of the state function of maintaining the State register of the control and cash equipment

I. General provisions

Name of the state function

1. The administrative regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on execution of the state function of maintaining the State register of the control and cash equipment (daleeadministrativny regulations) are developed for the purpose of execution of the state function of maintaining the State register of the control and cash equipment (further - the state function), creations of comfortable conditions for participants of the relations arising in case of execution of the state function (further - applicants) and determine terms and the sequence of actions (ministerial procedures) when implementing powers by maintaining the State register of the control and cash equipment (further - the State register).

2. The state function is performed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (further - Minpromtorg of Russia).

3. The state register consists of two Sections.

The first Section of the State register contains data on the models of the control and cash equipment (further - KKT) applied by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs when implementing by them of cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards in cases of sales of goods, performance of works or rendering services, except for data on the KKT models applied by credit institutions when making cash transactions.

The first Section of the State register contains the following data:

a) name of the KKT model;

b) the details printed by KKT model sample on the cash register receipt;

c) about person providing production, distribution of the KKT model, and also rendering services in its commissioning, operability check, repair, maintenance and conclusion from operation including delivery for it spare parts (daleepostavshchik): the name of the supplier of the KKT model with indication of form of business and the place of its stay - for the organization or surname, name, middle name, the residence and data of the identity document, - for the individual entrepreneur;

d) dates and numbers of decisions on inclusion of data on the KKT model in the State register, about modification of the specified data and on their exception of the State register.

The second Section of the State register contains data on the KKT models allowed for use by credit institutions when making cash transactions and also on the software products used in them and is created based on the information provided by the Central bank of the Russian Federation.
