Based on the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2001 "About some questions of production and use of forms of the strict reporting" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1846

1. Determine that in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus the following forms of the strict reporting are used:

1.1. the certificate on the vehicle of form of TS-25a imported into the Republic of Belarus for manual filling according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

1.2. the certificate on the vehicle of form of TS-25a imported into the Republic of Belarus for computer filling according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

1.3. the currency certificate of form TS-28 for manual filling according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

1.4. the currency certificate of form TS-28 for computer filling according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

1.5. the cash receipt order of the CO-1s form for manual filling according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

1.6. the cash receipt order of the CO-1s form for computer filling according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

1.7. excluded

1.8. the customs receipt order for manual filling of the TPO form according to appendix 8 to this resolution;

1.9. the customs receipt order for computer filling of the TPO form according to appendix 9 to this resolution;

1.10. additional leaf of the customs receipt order for manual filling of the DTPO form according to appendix 10 to this resolution;

1.11. additional leaf of the customs receipt order for computer filling of the DTPO form according to appendix 11 to this resolution;

2. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about procedure for filling of the forms of the strict reporting used in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus;

The instruction about procedure for use and filling of the customs receipt order.

3. To the Minsk central customs (Krokhmal E. I.) till December 1 to develop the software for computer filling of the forms of the strict reporting specified in subitems 1. 2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.9, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.15, 1.18, 1.19, 1.20 Items 1 of this resolution.

4. Accounting, storage, use and destruction of forms of the strict reporting are performed in customs authorities according to the procedure established by the Instruction about procedure for the organization of accounting policy in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the order of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2004 No. 224-OD (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 94, 8/11108).

5. This resolution becomes effective on December 1, 2006, except for subitem 1.7 of Item 1, the introduction of which in force is determined by special regulatory legal act of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

6. The forms of the strict reporting made before entry into force of this resolution can be used and are valid till January 1, 2008.

The instruction about procedure for filling of the forms of the strict reporting used in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The instruction about procedure for filling of the forms of the strict reporting used in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (further the Instruction), is developed based on the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2001 No. 1846 "About some questions of production and use of forms of the strict reporting" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 2, 5/9648) and determines procedure for filling of the following forms of the strict reporting used in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus which forms are established by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2006 No. 70 "About the forms of the strict reporting used in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus and on procedure for their filling" (further - the resolution):

1.1. certificates on the vehicle of form of TS-25a imported into the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. currency certificate of form TS-28;

1.3. cash receipt order of the CO-1s form;

1.4. excluded

1.5. inventories of goods of the OT form;

1.6. additional leaf to the inventory of goods;

1.7. inventories of cash;

1.8. competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance;

1.9. the protocol of detention of goods and documents on them.

2. Blank forms of the strict reporting for computer filling are filled according to the procedure, established for filling of the corresponding forms of the strict reporting for manual filling.

Chapter 2. Procedure for filling of the certificate on the vehicle of form of TS-25A imported into the Republic of Belarus

The certificate on the vehicle of form of TS-25a imported into the Republic of Belarus (further in this Chapter - the certificate) is filled in with the official of customs authority in forms according to appendices 1, 2 to the resolution in duplicate: the first copy is transferred to physical person; the second copy is control and remains in customs. On the first copy the official stamp is set.

4. In the first line of the certificate the number, month and year of certification (the name of month is written completely) and full name of the customs which issued the certificate are specified.

5. In the line "Type and Factory Brand" make of the car and its type (automobile, cargo, the bus, the motorcycle, the moped, etc.) and model (the sedan, the hatchback, the station wagon, etc.) are specified if such information contains in alien's technical data sheet of the vehicle.
