About approval of the Regulations on free warehouses
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for organization and liquidation of free warehouses, I decide determinations of features of legal regulation of customs regime of free warehouse:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on free warehouses.
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
4. This Decree becomes effective in ten days after its official publication, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of signing of the Decree.
