Based on Item 2 and part two of Item 6 of Article 167, 172, of Item 2 and part two of Item 6 of Article 180, parts two of Item 2 of Article 185 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 2 of Article

1. Establish:

1.1. forms:

statements for approval (changes and (or) amendments) of conditions of use of goods in customs regime of conversion on/out of customs area according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

the customs paper about approval (changes and (or) amendments) of conversion conditions on customs area according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

the customs paper about approval (changes and (or) amendments) of conditions of outward processing according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

1.2. that the customs papers about approval of conditions of conversion on/out of customs area issued by customs authorities before entry into force of this resolution are effective before the expiration of their action, and in case of prolongation of earlier fixed term of action to limiting - before the expiration of deadline of their action.

At the same time during the terms established by this subitem modification and (or) amendments in customs papers about the approval of conditions of conversion on/out of customs area according to the procedure established by this resolution is allowed;

1.3. that the decision on withdrawal of the customs paper on approval of conditions of conversion on customs area or the decision on withdrawal of the customs paper on approval of conditions of outward processing has the form of the letter of the customs authority which earlier issued the customs paper which is subject to response which shall contain the bases for withdrawal of the relevant customs paper and the date of entry into force of the decision on response.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling of the statements and customs papers necessary for review for conditions of use of goods in customs regime of conversion on customs area and in customs regime of outward processing, and procedure for confirmation of the data containing in statements.

3. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of staff of customs.

4. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Borisyuk S. V.
