1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about state registration of the rights to the works protected by copyright and the related rights (further - the Instruction).

1) in accordance with the established procedure to provide this order for registration to Department of registration and control of regulatory legal acts of the central and local state bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to provide publication of the Instruction in mass media.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Energy, the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 1998 No. 160 "About approval of Rules of state registration of the rights to the works protected by copyright and the related rights".
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sakhipova N. N.
