1. This Provision establishes procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of declarations of conformity of products to requirements of technical regulations (further respectively - the unified register, the declaration of conformity), registration of declarations of conformity, provisions of the data on declarations of conformity, suspension, renewal or the termination of their action and on payment for provision of data on declarations of conformity containing in the unified register.
2. This Provision does not extend to products, the stipulated in Article 5 Federal Laws "About Technical Regulation".
