According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" we ORDER:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of heat energy by the high-level and local (distribution) thermal networks which are applied.
2. Minzhilkommunkhoza (Gavrilyuk O. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of licensing of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship (Ivanchenko O. B.), Department of state regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Minzhilkommunkhoza (Gavrilyuk O. V.) to provide to department of state regulation the publication of this order in mass media.
4. This order becomes effective since May 1, 2009.
