Some questions of public administration in the field of quality control of medicines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State inspectorate for quality control of medicines of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (further - Inspection) which are applied.
2. Determine that in the current year Inspection contains in the expense limits provided to the Ministry of Health in the government budget according to the "State Control of Quality of Medicines" program.
3. Ceased to be valid
4. Determine that positions of specialists of laboratories of the state territorial inspectorates for quality control of medicines do not belong to the categories of positions of government employees, compensation of marked-out persons is performed according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 N 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, N 36, the Art. 1699).
5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
7. To the Ministry of Health:
submit in two-month time proposals concerning reduction of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in compliance with this resolution;
bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
