For the purpose of implementation of Articles 430 and 431 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 22, 2066) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve form of the act of customs authority of the expiration for claiming of goods and vehicles (appendix 1).

2. Approve sample of the notification of customs authority on the forthcoming transfer of goods and vehicles of the organization authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with the expiration for claiming of goods and vehicles by their legal owner (appendix 2).

3. To the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia A. A. Kaulbars to exercise control of execution of this order.

This order becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
