1.1. According to the decision of the Bank of Russia in case of receipt of consent of the Agency to participation in the prevention of bankruptcy of bank of function of temporary administration can be assigned to the Agency.
From the date of appointment in bank of temporary administration the shareholder rights of bank connected with participation in its authorized capital (including the rights to convocation of general shareholder meeting), and powers of governing bodies of bank stop.
