1.1. According to article 4 of the Law the Bank of Russia has the right to make the decision on evaluating financial position of bank for the solution of question of feasibility of participation of the Agency in implementation of measures for the prevention of its bankruptcy (further - assessment).
1.2. Assessment is carried out by representatives (employees) of the Bank of Russia and representatives of the Agency (further - representatives).
