About trade allowances on food products
Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 285
1. Approve limiting trade allowances on food products (taking into account the wholesale allowance):
to the selling prices of the organizations manufacturers or the prices created by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who bought goods outside the republic, as a percentage according to appendix 1;
to purchase prices of producers of agricultural products or to the selling prices created by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs conducting procurement of agricultural products at agricultural organizations and physical persons and also to the selling prices created by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who bought goods outside the republic in rubles according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2008 No. 123 "About trade allowances on food products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 147, 8/18973).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 14, 2008.
