1. Information which is determined by the decision of State commission by securities and the stock market of 21.11.2006 No. 1344 "About determination of information which belongs to insider", the way registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.01.2007 for No. 50/13317, until its official promulgation, stipulated by the legislation belongs to the insider information. This decision extends to insiders and persons who are not insiders, both possess the insider information and know or shall know that this information arrived from the insider (further - insiders).
2. The insider information reveals the issuer according to requirements and in the terms determined by the decision of State commission by securities and the stock market of 19.12.2006 No. 1591 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the disclosure of information by issuers of securities" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.02.2007 for No. 97/13364.
