According to the Agreement between Customs committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation on the simplified procedure for customs clearance and goods control and vehicles imported from the Russian Federation on the Baikonur complex and which are taken out from the Baikonur complex to the Russian Federation of July 6, 1998 and for the purpose of providing favorable conditions for functioning of the Baikonur complex, I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about carrying out customs control and customs clearance of the goods and vehicles imported on the Baikonur complex from the Russian Federation and which are taken out from the Baikonur complex to the Russian Federation (further - the Instruction).
2. To provide to management of the international relations of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Nurgaliyev S. M.) bringing this order to the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation.
3. To department of automation and customs statistics of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Varchenko V. I.) and to customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan for accounting and control of statistical data to use the corresponding approved mechanism of exchange of information allowing to create statistical cards and also to communicate monthly on the existing electronic communication channels.
4. To customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform:
