About increase in social benefits
For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of needy part of the population in the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:
1. Increase the size of social benefits, having established them as it is provided below:
1.1. monthly allowances:
1.1.1. benefit on age - 45 manats;
1.1.2. if disability was the result of "general disease", "disease in the period of military service", "industrial injury and occupational disease", "in connection with stay in zone of military operations", "in connection with liquidation of the Chernobyl accident" disability benefit:
* to disabled people of the I group - 50 manats
* to disabled people of the II group - 35 manats
* to disabled people of III group - 30 manats;
1.1.3. benefit to children aged up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health - 50 manats;
1.1.4. benefit in connection with loss of the supporter - 40 manats;
