1.2. for carrying out voluntary insurance of the civil responsibility of owners of aircrafts; civil responsibility of shipowners; the civil responsibility of the organizations creating the increased danger to people around; aircrafts, ocean ships, courts of the internal and mixed (river sea) swimming, marine insurance it is necessary to perform activities in the market of insurance services of the Republic of Belarus at least three years and to have equity in the amount of, equivalent to at least 500 thousand euros, including the currency component determined by the insurer independently;

1.2-1. implementation of voluntary insurance of medical expenses requires availability in the number of staff of insurance company at least one worker with the higher medical education;
