About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of further enhancement of the organization and coordination of bill activities of the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies, and also decides improvement of quality of the developed drafts of the laws Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies:

- accept these Regulations to management and strict execution;

- organize work in central offices and structural divisions on studying of provisions of these Regulations.

3. Recognize invalid:

- Item 3, paragraph two of item 4 and Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 20, 2002 No. 639 "About the course of accomplishment of the Plan of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the I half-year 2002 and the Kyrgyz Republic which is carried out by the Ministry of Justice to work on coordination of rule-making activities of the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and state commissions";

- Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 20, 2003 No. 668 "About the course of accomplishment of the Plan of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the first half of the year 2003 and the work which is carried out by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on coordination of rule-making activities of the ministries, state committees, administrative departments and state commissions".
