About standard rates of net income allocation of the state companies on the right of economic maintaining

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination, approval and approval of standard rates of net income allocation of the state companies on the right of economic maintaining (further - Rules).

2. Recommend to state bodies in case of determination of standard rates of net income allocation of the republican state companies on the right of economic maintaining to establish standard rates of contributions to the republican budget not below specified in appendix to this resolution.

3. To state bodies concerning the state companies on the right of economic maintaining:

1) to establish constant control behind completeness and timeliness of transfer by the jurisdictional state enterprises on the right of economic maintaining in the government budget of the corresponding part of net income;

2) to provide observance of Rules by jurisdictional enterprises in case of establishment of standard rates of net income allocation for affiliated enterprises.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
