1. Approve the enclosed standard rate of assignment of part of net income of the republican state companies.

To represent to authorized bodies on management of the corresponding industries (spheres) of public administration till May 1 of the year previous planned to authorized body on management of state-owned property the forecast amounts of part of net income which are subject to transfer in the republican budget for the forthcoming three-year period, and also the size of the net income transferred by the republican state company into the republican budget in reporting year.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2008 No. 1339 "About approval of the list of the authorized bodies responsible for collection of receipts in the republican budget, for return from the budget and (or) offsetting of excessively (mistakenly) paid amounts and the non-tax receipts exercising control of receipts in the budget, sales proceeds of fixed capital, transfers, repayment sums of budget credits, from sale of financial assets of the state, loans" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 49, the Art. 556) the following change:

4. For the republican state companies performing production economic activity in the field of health care, the standard rate of assignment is established in the amount of no more than 5 percent.
5. For the republican state companies performing productive activity in the sphere of criminal executive system and the organization of labor employment of convicts the standard rate of assignment in the amount of 0 percent following the results of 2015-2018 is established.
