RESOLUTION OF THE STATE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About form and procedure for execution of customs papers, submission of customs and other papers to customs authorities and order of registration of such documents

Based on the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1.1. The instruction about procedure for registration and registration of the customs and other papers submitted in case of customs clearance for goods placement under customs regime and the customs papers issued by customs authorities by results of customs clearance;

1.2. The instruction about order of registration of the customs transactions made in case of arrival of goods on customs area and departure from such territory;

1.3. The instruction about order of registration of the customs transactions made in case of issue of permission to customs transit, completion of the procedure of customs transit, forms of some customs papers;

1.4. The instruction about order of registration of the customs transactions connected with import (export) of vehicles of international delivery, and import permits (export) of vehicles of international delivery;

1.5. The instruction about order of registration of the customs transactions made in case of placement of goods in the customs control zone (departmental Item of customs clearance).

2. Determine that:

2.1. registration of the customs papers which are certificates on goods placement under the declared customs regime and customs permits on goods placement under the declared customs procedure is made by assignment of number which has the following structure:

TTPPP/GSNNNNNN,

where TT - code of customs authority which makes customs clearance;

PPP - code of Item of the customs clearance (further - PTO) which is the place of customs clearance;

- the last figure of the current year;

With - code like the customs permit or the certificate according to the qualifier of types of customs permits and certificates given in appendix 1 to this resolution;

НННННН - sequence number of the certificate on goods placement under the declared customs regime or the customs permit which has end-to-end numbering on each type of the certificates or permissions issued on PTO within year and begins with number 000001;

2.2. the certificates on goods placement granted by customs authorities under the declared customs regime and customs permits on goods placement under the declared customs procedure are subject to registration in the following magazines:

the magazine of registration of customs declarations and certificates in form according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

the magazine of registration of permissions to temporary storage of goods in Item of import (export) in form according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

the magazine of registration of permissions to customs transit in form according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

the magazine of registration of import of vehicles of international delivery in form according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

the magazine of registration of permissions to departure of goods from customs area in form according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

the magazine of registration of the customs transactions made in the customs control zone of departmental Item of customs clearance in form according to appendix to the Instruction of order of registration of the customs transactions made in case of placement of goods in the customs control zone (departmental Item of customs clearance) approved by this resolution;

2.3. in case of representation to customs authorities for the purposes of goods placement and vehicles of international delivery under the customs regimes and customs procedures specified in subitem 2.2 of this Item, magazines are applied to registration of others, than specified in paragraph one of subitem 2.2 of this Item, documents and data.

3. Recognize invalid:
