About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
For the purpose of enhancement of the Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of real estate objects, preserving and data protection which contains in it, increase in level of protection of property rights and interests of citizens and legal entities, and also prevention of property offenses I ORDER:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on the Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of real estate objects approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 09.06.99 N 31/5, registered 10.06.99 for N 364/3657, having been reworded as follows it which is applied Ministry of Justice.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of statements and maintaining the Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of real estate objects which is attached.
3. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:
perform actions for creation of the software of the Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of real estate objects which would meet new modern standards of preserving and information security;
provide proper transfer of the database of the electronic Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of real estate objects in new base;
ensure smooth operation of offices of notary public and private notaries during transition period.
