1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of certification requirements by subjects of seed farming and rassadnichestvo in the field of flower and decorative seeds and landing material which is applied.
2. To submit to management of improvement and public service (Ya. A. Stetsenko) together with Legal department (I. I. Krylov) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
