1. Approve standard form of the general agreement of the Federal Treasury with credit institution about investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits (further - the General agreement) according to the appendix N 1 to this Order.
2. Approve the Procedure for the conclusion of the general agreement of the Federal Treasury with credit institution about investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits (further - the Procedure) according to the appendix N 2 to this Order.
3. To the Federal Treasury (Artyukhin R. E.) perform the conclusion of General agreements with credit institutions according to standard form of the General agreement and Rather.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
