2. To provide to heads of structural divisions of Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (further - Judicial department) studying and accomplishment by subordinate workers of requirements of the Instruction.

3. To administration (Miryashev S. V.) to organize generalization of work of structural divisions of Judicial department with addresses of citizens. To report on results following the results of the first half of the year and year in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To chiefs of managements (departments) of Judicial department in subjects of the Russian Federation:

4.1. Organize conversion of the existing instructions about procedure for consideration of addresses and reception of citizens according to the Instruction, to report in Administration till March 1, 2007.

4.2. Provide information on condition of work with addresses of citizens as the separate Section together with the report following the results of work in year.
