About the types of control performed at check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation

According to article 11 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About Frontier of the Russian Federation" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Determine that the omission of persons, vehicles, loads, goods and animals at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation includes in addition to border and customs control implementation of sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary, transport control and control of execution by owners of vehicles of the obligation established by the Federal Law on insurance of the civil responsibility.
