1. Approve the enclosed Rules of expenditure of budget subsidies for aviaroutes.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2002 No. 915 "About approval of Rules of expenditure of subsidies for aviaroutes (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 27, the Art. 301);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2004 No. 362 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2002 No. 915" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 15, the Art. 190).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
