About the President of Turkmenistan

2. The president of Turkmenistan provides the approved functioning of all branches of the government and responsibility of authorities to the people.
3. The president of Turkmenistan has immunity rights. His honor and advantage are protected by the law.
The legal basis of activities of the President of Turkmenistan is constituted by the Constitution of Turkmenistan, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan.
