1) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to direct this order to official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Omarov K. T.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2008 and is subject to official publication.
